Steel plates used

• /Grade A to Grade EH-36 steel plates.

ARC fabricates offshore/onshore structures, platforms, crane pedestals, skids, riser guards, ’J’ tubes, tanks, helidecks, gangways, gas racks, handrail panels based on clients supplied drawings.

PRESSURE VESSELS

ARC has been certified by ASME, receiving both ASME “U” and “R” stamps, respectively, for our systems and facilities.

Repairs and modifications of existing pressure vessels are also carried out as per client requirements with design calculations done by third parties.

PROCESS SKIDS

ARC provides the structure and piping fabrication, complete surface treatment and assembly of process skids, including electrical and instrumentation works to meet specific design and process requirements. The equipment installed includes components such as pumps, valves, instrument gauges and miscellaneous supports.

SURFACE TREATMENTS

ARC’s facility includes an enclosed blasting shed, using re-cycled steel grit as an abrasive to do the surface preparation before coating.

ARC sources and uses paints by leading global manufacturers and according to client specifications. All painting is done in an enclosed painting shed, using airless spray.

ON-SITE WORKS

ARC provides on-site services to local shipyards of the region, building steel blocks and/or entire vessels as per class-approved and yard-supplied drawings and materials.

  Renewal of deck, side shells and bottom plating, internal stiffeners, brackets, web and bulkhead plating

  Deck outfitting and miscellaneous steel work: renewal or repairing ladders, handrails, bollards, platforms, foundations, hatches and covers

  Repair or renew deck, engine room, tank and pump room pipes of various materials

  Installation of copper tubing and fittings using crimping methodology

Mechanical Repairs

ARC is also well-equipped and skilled to carry out repairs in Petro-Chemical, Refineries or Industrial facilities:
